Title: The Arc of Orleans 19th Annual 5K Run/Walk
Location: Sacred Heart Club, 189 North Gravel Road, Medina, New York

Description: A Beautiful 5K Run or 1, 2 or 3 mile Walk along the Erie Canal. Walkers go East, Runners go West. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m.. The Walk begins at 1:30 pm and the Run begins at 2:00 pm. Post Race party immediately following with “Cookie Awards” being presented. For a registration form, call Case-Nic Cookies or download at www.arcoforleans.org. $15 pre-registration by 4/17 or $18 day of race.
